110% Money-Back Guarantee on Your First Order
We are so confident in the quality of our scroll saw patterns that we offer a 110% Money-Back Guarantee on your very first order with us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your first custom pattern or portrait for any reason, let us know within 30 days of your purchase. Not only will we refund your original purchase price in full, but we will add an extra 10% on top as our way of saying thank you for giving us a try.
To claim your 110% guarantee:
- Contact our support team at support@theholzbrothers.com within 30 days of your purchase.
- Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Let us know briefly why the pattern didn't meet your expectations (your feedback helps us improve!).
General Return Policy (After First Order)
For all subsequent orders, due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable PDF patterns), we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been provided and the files have been accessed.
However, we stand behind our work. We will issue a refund or provide a corrected file for subsequent orders if:
- There is a verifiable technical defect with the file that prevents you from opening or printing it.
- Our pattern generator produced an output that significantly deviates from the preview shown during checkout.
- You accidentally purchased the exact same pattern twice.
Custom Portraits
For custom portrait services (where our artists manually create a pattern from your photo), our 110% guarantee applies to your first order. For subsequent portrait orders, we will work with you to revise the pattern if you are not satisfied with the initial proof. Refunds on custom portrait work after the first order are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the artwork completion.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
