You understand and agree that the service is provided "AS-IS" and that The Holz Brothers assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. Digital Products and Refunds

We offer a 110% money-back guarantee on your first order within 30 days of purchase. For all subsequent orders, due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable PDF patterns), sales are generally final once the download link has been provided, unless there is a verifiable technical defect with the file. 4. Intellectual Property

The patterns generated by our service and the custom portraits we create are for your personal use. You may use the patterns to create physical wooden items which you may sell. However, you may not resell, distribute, or share the digital pattern files (.pdf, .svg, etc.) themselves, either modified or unmodified, without our explicit written permission.

The Holz Brothers website, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by The Holz Brothers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. User Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to:

• Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
